Free Standard Delivery
Neuzell.com offers FREE standard shipping on every purchase to almost all destinations. Delivery will be made within seven (7) business days within Malaysia and fourteen (14) business days within other destinations. Otherwise, you may choose for express delivery service with a cost. The cost for expedited shipping is displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. A delivery note number will be emailed to you for easy reference.

The Delivery Process
Order will be placed upon payment confirmation.Order placed by 3.00pm (GMT +8) will be processed within the same business day.Order placed after 3.00pm (GMT +8) will be processed within the next business day by Neuzell online sales department..
Customer will not be charged for the products delivered to them unless they opt for express delivery service.
Product purchased is excluding Customs duties or taxes. Charges will be borne by recipient upon delivery, if any.
I’m Away Delivery
No second attempt will be made for undelivered product under Standard Delivery service. For customer who opts for Express Delivery service, 3 attempts will be made by our appointed local delivery agent to re-send the package.
Delivery is not available for P.O.Box addresses.
All products are packaged and send to customer in good quality. Please ensure the product is in good condition upon receiving. If product is tempered with or damaged, kindly contact or email us at (Neuzell Online Sales Team), or return the product to us within 3 working days.
NEUZELL.com ship with City-Link, AsiaXpress,PosLaju or courier companies which we think is appropriate by referring to customer's location. A tracking number will be provided via email, customer need to make sure the email being registered is valid to receive this notification.
All order will be dispatched the next day if ordered and paid before 3 pm, or the following day for orders after 3 pm, We will ship out orders from Monday to Friday, (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) no delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please check you have carefully entered the correct address. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout, We will are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We accept pick-ups, please select self pickup during checkout and visit us at our office address as stated in our contact us page. Delivery time frame advertised is not guaranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. We're unable to take responsibility if the item is not delivered on time but we'll help to chase it up. We may request additional information before processing and shipping orders where we feel necessary. In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than normal to arrive.
